Why I'm a coach
This program is designed for the women who are ready to break free from a cycle of binge eating & self-hatred.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in the binge eating cycle, so when I healed my relationship with food, I was determined to help other women stop binge eating.
I was certified as a coach through The Life Coach School in May of 2018 & started Krista Couch Coaching to equip women with tools to love themselves and their relationship with food.
